System & Telemetry Data

If you are an active client utilizing our 24/7 Cloud Monitoring app, we collect operational data directly from your installed Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and solar array. This includes:

  • Real-time and historical power generation and consumption data (kW/kWh).
  • Battery state of charge, depth of discharge, and thermal telemetry.
  • Grid availability and outage timestamps.

Derivative Data

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the site.

3. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Site or our App to:

  • Calculate and generate accurate energy system recommendations and quotes.
  • Monitor the health of your installed BESS and proactively alert you to potential system faults.
